                         de t{\'e}cnicas de geoprocessamento e sensoriamento remoto 
                         auxilia na fase de diagn{\'o}stico desse processo de 
                         planejamento. O objetivo deste estudo {\'e} avaliar a viabilidade 
                         da utiliza{\c{c}}{\~a}o de imagens Sentinel-2 para estudos que 
                         envolvem {\'a}reas urbanas e o diagn{\'o}stico da bacia 
                         hidrogr{\'a}fica do c{\'o}rrego Coromandel no munic{\'{\i}}pio 
                         de Coromandel, MG. A classifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de uso e 
                         ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o do solo foi realizada e a press{\~a}o urbana 
                         na bacia foi caracterizada, sendo 81% do uso relacionado {\'a} 
                         ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o humana. As imagens Sentinel-2 foram adequadas 
                         para a aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de t{\'e}cnicas de 
                         classifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o das atividades presentes na {\'a}rea. 
                         Este trabalho {\'e} o primeiro esfor{\c{c}}o de um amplo projeto 
                         em continuidade. ABSTRACT: Watersheds exhibiting urban occupations 
                         and the anthropic pressure of agropastoralism benefit from studies 
                         of the use and occupation of the soil to assist the 
                         decision-making process and management of environmental resources 
                         available. The use of geoprocessing techniques and remote sensing 
                         assists in the diagnostic phase of the planning process. The 
                         objective of this study is to assess the viability of the use of 
                         Sentinel-2 images for studies that involve urban areas and the 
                         diagnosis of the Coromandel creek watershed in Coromandel, MG. The 
                         classification of the use and occupation of the soil was performed 
                         and the urban pressure in the watershed was characterized, being 
                         81% of the use related to human occupation. The Sentinel-2 images 
                         were suitable for the application of techniques of classification 
                         of activities present in the area. This work is the first effort 
                         of a large project in continuity.",
